Eye strains are the natural way of the body saying that they had enough. Stop using me or something serious will happen to your eyes. Most of the eyes strains we cannot really feel for we are so focused in our work that we do not really feel it. But the warning that really wakes us all would be migraines. Migraines are the alternative way of our eyes saying to us that it cannot take it no more. That you need to close your eyes and rest!

You have probably get one of these while you are at school or at work, not to mention stress level rises when there’s something wrong with your eyes and will probably affect your performance in school or at work as well. Making it a severe problem that you will be facing serious consequences down the road! One of the consequences would be to have eye surgery. But you still have to pay for it right? So in order to avoid all these things you need to make sure that you take care of your eyes.

As we all know we use our eyes in everything we do, every single day. We walk, we ride, we write, we converse to other people, interact with our world with our eyes! Everything we do has something to do with our eyes! That’s the whole reason in which we really need to make sure that we take care of our eyes in the first place! Make sure that you do not read when the light isn’t that bright, do not read when you only have dim light for our eyes wasn’t made to read with less light. Remember we are now owls that have night vision or something like that. We best use our eyes in daylight, so read when you have ample amount of light with you. Also do not forget to take breaks every day, no matter what you are doing find a time to relax your eyes and just let it rest for a while. Do all of these mentioned things here and you will have a much healthier eye to live with, not to mention avoid surgery!
